Facilitation

Do you have a goal, or desired outcome? Using consensus-building skills, Shelley can assist you in identifying and clarifying the goal you are working toward and the path that will take you there. The use of systemic constellation in the process will uncover hidden obstacles or unexpected allies and possibilities.

Your outcome becomes much more easily obtainable using this approach. Shelley can assist large and small groups or individuals.

Time taken to fully contemplate and discuss the situation or issue at hand, with the assistance of a consensus facilitator, pays off in motivating participation and creativity, and saves time in implementation of decisions by having the support of all involved.

Systemic Constellation Work

This tool involves identifying key ‘players’ in a system and then representing these with either objects or other people not related to the system. Placing the representatives in a ‘constellation’ relative to one another gives access to information about the system by creating a ‘doorway’ to the energetic field of the system or the ‘knowing field’. This can be a way to stand compassionately with one another in places of pain or separation and to discover unity and the sense of well-being and celebration that comes of that experience of unity.

Consensus

Consensus decision-making is a group process based in cooperation and the understanding and belief that each individual in the group holds a valuable perspective and part of the answer or ‘truth’. Consensus facilitation assists groups in finding win-win solutions, in coming to solutions that everyone has a ‘stake’ in.

Build teamwork and develop meaningful relationship through creating deeper connections.

Shelley’s training and and experience as a consensus facilitator has allowed her to work with community groups as diverse as a conservancy association and a fire brigade, to deal with questions of fund-raising strategies, goals and objectives, mission statements and leadership techniques. Shelley also successfully applies consensus facilitation to work with couples in finding a place of agreement.
